I wish to send this letter of recommendation on behalf of your sales manager Gary Stearns and your site supervisor David Birmingham. We had the pleasure of dealing through Mr. Gary Stearns when we asked for bids on roof replacement for our house and garage.
Mr. Stearns was efficient, honest and informative in his assessment and provided us with the best options for our project. We selected the GAF Timberline 5 tab product and decided to replace our turbin vents with the more efficient Ridge Vent System, after Hurricane Ike.
We found the bid from Republic Roofing to be the most competitive for the top quality shingle we chose. On May 2nd Mr. David Birmingham arrived on site with a seven man crew at 7:00am and had already secured the building permit and materials. His crew was quick, considerate of our property and demonstrated superior roofing skills by completing the entire project including clean-up by 4:00pm the same day.
Mr. Birmingham remained on-site the entire day and was attentive to his crew and us too as the homeowners. He made sure the crew maintained a clean worksite as the job progressed throughout the day and upon completion he escorted me across the roof to check on the quality of the job and assure that all components of our roofing contract had been met to our standard.
I was very pleased with the choice of the Timberline Shingle, the Ridge Vent System and the Black Drip Edge we chose to accent the roofing job. The quality of the job was superior to the original roof we had and we would recommend Republic Roofing to anyone that needs a quality roof repair/installation and needs it done quickly.
