Do all roofs with storm damage require complete replacement?

No. If the extent of the damage is minimal and the condition of the roofing material will allow, repairs may be an economical solution.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. We offer a one(1) year warranty for all repairs. The roof must be determined to be in suitable condition to allow for the repair work to be warranted. This will be determined by the age of the roof and the extent of the damage.

How long does a typical roof repair take to complete?

Most roof repairs will be completed within one day. All debris will be removed from the site daily.

How long does a complete roof replacement take to complete?

A typical roof replacement will require two to four days to complete. The time to complete will be determined by the size of the roof as well as type of roofing materials utilized for the job.

How soon can you begin the work?

Our typical lead time is two to four weeks to begin your work. Based on the availability of the roofing material required and the permitting requirements, some jobs may be able to start sooner while others may require more time due to material lead times.

What warranty is provided with a new or replacement roof?

We offer a five(5) year labor and material warranty on all new and replacement roof systems.

We also provide manufacturers warranties as available. This warranty will be backed by the manufacturer and will vary based on the material to be used.

We also offer warranties backed by the manufacturer that will cover their material and our workmanship.

For example, we offer a twenty(20) year System Plus Warranty through GAF/ELK as a Certified Contractor. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and covers the complete roof assembly including material and workmanship.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through the GAF/ELK SmartMoney program. Plans are available with approved credit including six months same as cash. Other plans may be available at this time.

Are you insured?

Yes. We provide general liability and worker's compensation coverage on all jobs. Certificates will be provided with estimates and copies are available upon request.

Are your jobs supervised?

Yes. We provide full-time supervision on all jobs. Our supervisor will be on site to ensure the proper precautions are taken to protect your property and answer any questions. We also assure that clean-up is completed daily.
